Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)
Flex circuits are a way of assembling electronic circuits by mounting electronic devices on flexible plastic substrates, such as polyimide and PEEK Film. Alternatively, flex circuits can be screen printed silver circuits on polyester. Commonly used specification includes:
  • FPC(Double Side)
  • Material: RA copper 1/2 oz, Plating: Ni/Au, Stiffener: PI
  • SIDE KEY

Advantages in varying applications:
  1. Tightly assembled electronic packages, where electrical connections are required in 3 axis
  2. Electrical connections where the assembly is required to flex during its normal use
