Why use Digital-On-Time prototyping?
  • Show customers a sample of the finished product!
  • Quick turnaround
  • Cost effective

Prototypes are ideal for having product photographs taken or for gaining maximum impact when showing clients or management designs and concepts.  Digital on-time prototypes are manufactured quickly on a cost effective basis. The digital print ink has a life expectancy of over 2 years.

How long does it take?
Generally if embossing is not required a prototype overlay can be shipped within 7 days of artwork approval. If embossing is required finished parts are normally shipped within 10 days of artwork approval.

How does it work?
Your approved artwork is digitally printed on our standard range of polyester or polycarbonate fillms. This is then trimmed to size with any cutouts you require. The rear of the panel is backed with quality 3M adhesive. We are able to offer a matt finish label with gloss windows for a more realistic representation of your final product.

How much does it cost?
Digital-On-Time rapid prototypes are sold as either A4 or A3 sheets. This means you get as many panels as fits on the sheet for the one flat rate price**.
A4 Sheets $ 395.00 each*
A3 Sheets $ 495.00 each*

* Artwork costs are not included in the flat rate prices, artwork is charged separately and prices are based on your design requirement.
** A 5mm gap must be left between each edge of each panel. We reserve the right to quote on intricate designs where additional cutting may be required.
